11 & 16 February @ 11 am PST
Presenters: Seona Stephen (Executive Director, Carlton House, & Past Board Member, BCSLA) / Stuart Robinson (Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT, & Past President, BCSLA)

BCSLA has taken a number of member community contracts and combined all the best practices and policies to develop a BCSLA Resident Occupancy Agreement. The RTA does not apply to the senior living community and while each community does have their own contract, see how you can update your current agreement to ensure it covers all the elements similar to the RTA. This self-regulatory model will address areas that will serve the best interests of both the resident and the residence. The session will be followed by a Q&A.
